We have been purchasing coffee from the Shyira washing station in Rwanda for a while now and this year we managed to get a couple of awesome lots of Red Bourbon variety, one processed as classic washed and one processed as natural! What's really cool is how the same coffee can be processed in two different ways and taste completely different!

Also these coffees are imported by our pals at Raw Material who make sure 100% of their own profits go directly back to the producers and is re-invested in the local community.
