Is my order tracked?
It is! For orders to mainland UK, we use Royal Mail & Parcel Force 24 Hour services. For orders outside of the UK, we may opt for a different courier depending on shipping rates.

I’ve also ordered coffee, will it arrive at the same time?
Since your coffee is roasted to order, it will be shipped directly from the roastery and delivered separately. Our brewing equipment comes from a different distributor. We aim for everything to arrive together, but the shipments may arrive a few days apart.
